Contract Consultant: A BayGroup International Contract Consultant is an independent contractor who facilitates programs on an as-needed basis for global clients at locations around the world (many are also deployed in live online venues using the BayGroup VLT™ platform). Typical programs are one or two days in length for 12 to 22 participants. Major portions of each program focus on conducting and debriefing case study simulations around consistent learning points associated with the optimal agreements and value exchange. Consultants typically have a combination of successful business-to-business sales experience and strong sales training skills. Many speak multiple languages and reside outside of the United States.
