BGIwebcoach^TM is a online "virtual coach" for graduates of BayGroup International programs and their managers.  It fully leverages Web 2.0 technology to reinforce clasroom learning, deliver "on-demand" web-based training, and support managers with effective and easy-to-use coaching tools.
